3. Q: I have a username and password but when I try to log in to the web site I get an error message that says, "Your username or password is not recognized. Please try again. If the problem persists please contact your LSA." What do I do?
A: If you get this error message, it means one of three things: (1) the username you entered was incorrect, (2) the password you entered was incorrect, or (3) both the username and password you entered were incorrect. The first thing to do if you get this error message is to try to log in again several times. It's likely that you simply mis-typed your username or your password. If this fails, the next step is to request a new password. To request a new password click here. If, you cannot request a new password (e.g., when you try you get an error message that tells you your username is not recognized), the next step is to click here to contact the LSA about the problem. All other questions/concerns: Please click here to contact your LSA.
